一、 购票说明
1. Ticketing Information
1、2019电动方程式FWD富卫三亚站门票共有2类票种，分别为看台观赛票、E部落门票。
1) There are two ticket types of 2019 FWD Sanya E-Prix: Grandstand Ticket and E-Village Ticket.
2、2019电动方程式FWD富卫三亚站将于2019年3月22日-23日在海南省三亚市海棠湾举行，本票品会根据顾客订单顺序进行配票。
2) 2019 FWD Sanya E-Prix will take place on 22nd March and 23rd March in Haitang Bay, Sanya City, Hainan Province. The tickets will be allocated by booking order.
3、3月22日为开放日，持任意门票皆可进入看台区域观赛；3月23日为比赛日，持E部落门票无法进入看台区域观赛，看台票需对号入座。
3) Preview Day will be on 22nd March, on this day the access to Grandstand seating is available for free to all tickets holders. Event Day will be on March 23rd. On the Event Day, E-Village tickets have no access to Grandstands. Grandstand tickets have assigned seating, all grandstand ticket holders would need to sit in their assigned seat.
4、 开放时间：2019年3月22日(14:00-18:00)/3月23日(08:00-18:00)。
4) Ticket valid period: 14:00-18:00 on 22nd March 2019 and 08:00-18:00 on 23rd March 2019.
5、看台观赛票与E部落门票均允许携带一名1.2米以下儿童入场，看台观赛票携带的儿童无座，需与监护人共享一个席位。
5) Grandstand tickets holders and E-Village tickets holders can take a child under 1.2m into the venue, but the child cannot occupy a seat and would need to share the seat with the guardians.
6、 半价看台票享受条件为：1.2米以上12周岁以下及65岁以上的老人。
6) Requirements of half-price Grandstand ticket: Children under 12-year-old and above 1.2m and for seniors above 65-year-old.
7、 E部落不设半价票。
7) E-village has no discount.
8、 买半价看台票的顾客到现场取票时须带好相关证明（身份证/户口本/护照），不符合购买条件需补齐差价后入场。
8) Half-price Grandstand tickets holders must provide proper identification (ID Card, Household Registration, Passport) when collecting tickets on-site. If the purchase requirements are not met for Half-price Grandstand tickets, full payment will be needed.
9、看台区设有轮椅座位和陪伴座位，轮椅座位需全价购买，但可免费携带一名陪伴人员到指定座位就座，
9) The wheelchair ticket price is full and companion ticket is free in Grandstand area. The companion needs to sit in the assigned seat.
10、如因不可抗力的因素导致比赛取消，通过本渠道购买的原价票和半价票即可退票，不满足上述情况的不予退票。
10) In case of force majeure resulting in the cancellation of the race, refunds of full-price tickets and half-price tickets purchased through this channel will be returned. Without meeting the above requirements the tickets will not be refunded.

2019 FWD Sanya E-Prix circuit is 2.3KM long, with 11 turns and in a counter-clockwise direction.

ABB国际汽联电动方程式锦标赛是全球首个也是迄今唯一一个全电动单座赛车赛事，赛道大多设立在靠近城市中心核心地标的街道上。11支车队、22位车手将在全球12座城市展开13场比赛，举办地包括香港、三亚、巴黎和纽约等。
ABB FIA Formula E Championship is the first and the only all-electric single-seater championship in the world, with races near the core landmarks of city-center circuits. 13 rounds will take place in 12 cities across the world, including Hong Kong, Sanya, Paris, New York City and much more. 22 drivers from 11 teams will compete against each other for the championship title.
